It work great all over the body EXCEPT those sensitive areas... it definitely grabs skin in those areas and is not a pleasant experience.
Used it on my arms, legs, and chest with zero issues. Very smooth cutting and the battery life is good too. I haven't tried the trimmer Attachments but they seem to have good durability for the price you pay.
