Last time I ordered Belvita cookies from Amazon it was shipped in the consumer packaging. Not a cardboard box or anything to protect the cookies. When the package arrived, it was destroyed. Packing tape was applied all over it just to keep it together. 80% of the cookies were broken. Amazon sent a replacement at no extra charge. It arrived in nearly the same condition as the first package. Don't waste your time on this deal.

While I believe that happened to you, I order these from Amazon all the time and they've never arrived damage. But I've always ordered other things with s&s so I did get a delivery box
