Glass digitizer for touchscreen is kinda heavy. But you have a point, it is heavy for a gram. "gram" laptops are supposed to be less than 1 kilogram.

My 17" screen is a touchscreen too, still weighs less with a bigger screen.

I think being a 2-in-1 this is probably constructed a bit more sturdier leading to the increased weight. But I don't see the appeal of using such a huge screen as a tablet..... 🤷
