Third-party seller and good chance it's an imported version from overseas. Love how if you read the fine print Groupon disavows all responsibility for the accuracy or fulfillment of the item while at the same time declaring it final sale and unreturnable.
I also love how it claims "made in the United States of America". This is FALSE and misleading. The manufacturing of games would seem to be done in Japan. Just look on the back cover of the case of any game you have as evidence of such.

I get where you're coming from, but is this of any concern to anyone in this particular case? Isn't the Switch region-free? As long as you can set the language of the game to (whatever language you prefer) then I don't see any issue.

The games are region free, but there are some cases where you can't use DLC unless the DLC and game region match. So the only potential impact would be you couldn't purchase the DLC through the e-shop if the game doesn't match your e-shop region.
There currently is no DLC and a lot of DLC works across all regions, so the risk is relatively low.

Got this from Staples with $30 off coupon they had a while ago. Excellent game, very creative, fun but as 1 player game very short. I was able to complete the game and do 100% with all flowers, seeds, and place markers in a short time and I'm a bit rusty on Mario games.
Other than the "Final Final" stage, it's not very challanging.

The Switch may be region-free but there can be DLC issues that can arise with certain games as someone aptly pointed out. And while the game may not have DLC now you never know. To completely avoid that issue or having to ever even think about it with any game I've always purchased the version native to my region. Which brings me to the next point that all of my games are US versions and for the sake of consistency in my library I would like to keep it that way. And then there is also the principle of the thing. It wouldn't be right or acceptable to show/advertise a US version and then pull a bait & switch on people by fulfilling the order with something else -- that would be dishonest and mistreating your customers who may be shopping with some of the same concerns or sensibilities expressed here. Not to mention imported versions do not have the same value and are worth less here, whether now or into the future. So yes, it is fair to say the version in question is a real concern to myself and others.

Great game. It's not super long (maybe 10 hours or so?). The online multiplayer is fun having other people running around the levels with you and helping you if you die. I got the game for $30 via QVC back when it released last year (they occassionally have a $30 off $60 promo).
