Since discovering online glasses years ago, I just get my updated prescription, pay the small copay and order online.
I tried the major online retailers (zenni, jins, kits, ebd, warby, etc.) and kept going back to zenni. They have a good mix of quality and price.
Kits have better quality but their titanium/light weight frame options are limited. The ones I got were too fragile and don't offer good balance (tend to fall off). Zenni have more substantial light weight frames (~ 11 to 13 grams) that work real well. I stick to acetate frames at kits and Jins (higher price). Ebd has some decent frames too, but their coating are lower quality.

I've been using them for a while and I think they're good.
I have true transitions and xtractive lenses (darken and lighten faster + get darker & offer more colors) and the blockz photochromics are great options at 1/4th of the price.
To me, blockz photochromic offer 80% of the performance at 25% of the cost.
Also, there's the new EYEQ lenses. I've been doing research and the IR block causes some artifacts and pink reflections. You can see them here:

Here's a good video comparing standard Zenni photochromic vs Transitions (blockz is closer to Transitions). He also demoed the blue frame in this deal:

And here's a great video on photochromic lenses (featuring Transitions lenses)

With my Zenni rewards member of free shipping of orders over $25, I was able to get the 1.61 photo chromatic lens with a $12.95 frame of my choice for ~$25.
Great deal! Been ordering from Zenni for many years now in the hundreds of dollars of orders. This is definitely slick if you like the lens type.

$24.89 should be in the title. I wouldn't have clicked on this.
I was able to get it at this prices after talking to support, so I upvoted your post.
I was minutes away from purchasing the lowest-end high-index glasses available for hubby and me. These are better glasses and much cheaper!
Got two 1.61 for myself and one 1.67 for hubby totalling $ 77 after the additional 15% off SUMMER24 sale, and free shipping - oh and 2.5% cash back site.
As CoolGazelle7803 mentioned, pick glasses ( it worked for all the different glasses we tried) then when choosing lenses, first choose Blockz category, then photochromic option.
