For $650 you're hard pressed to find better specs, but know you're not getting a super quality shell. Hinges are a bit iffy, screen is decent but not great, and the touchpad is meh, but this is a powerful processor with good battery life for this price and 16GB of RAM and 1TB SSD is solid. Plus these new Core Ultra processors have integrated GPUs that can handle moderate gaming surprisingly well. I have a Core Ultra 7 laptop myself. It's not bad.

Screen not good
It is pretty good ffor the price. Do you even know how to measure the quality of the display? That display has almost 400-nits brightness, 100% sRGB and nearly 80% DCI-P3 color gamut which is above average for the priceclass.
The design and speakers are not good.
I just saw the display at Costco.
Looks like the laptop from 10y ago and speakers are really crap..
Yes, if you buy laptops based on how it looks (gen z), then yes this is not the most attractive laptop. The all-aluminum construction is solid though with no flex, and it's lighter than it looks, but it is a little thick. Good screen, good port selection for the price.
That's bold gen assumption.
Do you really like when fans are blowing hot air from the i7 straight on the bottom of the screen?
This solution has been addressed by many companies years ago but apparently not by ACER.

I would prefer an AMD processor in any case. I do like the 32GB RAM.
