it really needs to be the first time email, anything else ( say signed up in the past, or even tried on for the 10% coupon or anywhere on any dell website even mentioned once) will not get it

Maybe you should try something different from your own? Like gmail, outlook.com, hotmail, yahoo? Thousands of their customers use these and I've had luck with the first two in the recent past.

I've read somewhere the 14th gen i9s randomly shut off during use and Intel doesn't know what's causing it. Might be fixed now but just something you may want to research before buying.

As of June 19, 2024, Intel is still investigating instability issues with its 14th generation (K/KF/KS) desktop processors, but has not yet confirmed the root cause.
