These are both older tools (DCF890 & DCF894), I would not consider this a deal at all. Also looks to be the older charger that doesn't display 2 stage charging.
If these were the newer tools for this price or $100 cheaper it would be decent.

Yea I agree. This is a price too that has come around on this kit for years too. Maybe dewalt should consider updating it with say a 1.7ah and 5ah powerstack or somethin. Or at least same thing but throw a 2nd 5ah in there. I have plenty myself but it's always seemed odd to me when they make a kit and there's 2 tools and only 1 battery.

That's a DCB118 fan-cooled fast charger… easily the best single-battery AC charger they sell. I have two and they definitely show two-stage charging.

There is an old & new DCB118. One shows just charging indications like the lower models and one shows 2 stage, both are 8 amp, fast chargers, and include an internal fan.
The sticker will show stage 1 & stage 2 if it has it but this one (in pictures) does not show. Could be different, they often don't update pictures when including updated chargers. It's just an observation and inference based on the older stuff with it.

These are XR, so brushless, which I think is the important part for most of us. If you have someone looking to buy either of the impacts from you (most people only need one of these imo) this could be a good deal.
