Not bad, but the fish oil at tom thumb, their 'Signature Care' brand, is b1g1 as well, with 180 fish oil lemon flavored 1200mg, 2 of those, for 17.99. Pretty much the same deal tbh, and my dad can use his Medicare food/OTC monthly balance at Tom Thumb! 🥸
for those who like to compare to costco: kirkland signature vitamin D 50 mcg 600 softgels is currently $7.99 at my warehouse after $2.50 savings. they also have $4 off natures bounty vitamin D3 400 count and $4 off nature made super b-complex 460 count, though I don't know the prices.
costco discount is good through 07/21
edit: they have other vitamins on sale right now, as well, just check out this page in the current coupon book:
Any feedback on quality between Costco kirkland D3 2000IU vs Nature bounty? Quality in terms of ingredients used.
Sams club has 5000IU 400 softgel for around $10 bucks.

American Society of Endocrinologists came out with their findings and recommendations last month - basically stating that all the hype about vitamin D was basically BS and only a select group of people need vitamin D supplements. Sadly, the circus went on for almost 15 years and labs and vitamin supplements companies made millions of $
The chemical that makes up this vit d is the top ingredient in dcon that kills mice/rats smh

Get a blood test for vitamin D before supplementing.
I've been taking vitamin D based on reddit / SD comments saying it's hard to get too much.
Probably around 7000 IU daily, somedays more and I spend 99% of my time indoors.
Turns out I had high levels - 127 ng/mL.
Unless you really need it 5000 IU in one pill is too much.

Agreed. I have a very low level of iron and Vitamin D3 based on yearly (or more frequent) checks, and supplement both. Even in the summer AND with a supp my D3 levels are just above min.
Also, I try to only use brands and supps with USP cert. Otherwise, who know what dose you're really getting. Maybe it doesn't matter for some supps, but I know things like melatonin are wildly inaccurate if it checked.

Yeah not seeing this article at all. I'm all for science backed evidence but stating something like this without any links to a valid medical journal is just as bad.
