The photos look oddly photoshopped, and tbh these are cut more like women's underwear....I don't see where there's room for the stuffing.

Lol... now I see it again, they do look narrow in the middle but the picture is bad. There is depth to it, like a 3d pic. I added a pic of a guy wearing it

I was talking about all of the pictures; the ones with the model look photoshopped and that's not a guy, it's ai/computer generated.
