The battery itself could absolutely run just about any fridge. How long would depend on multiple things, mainly how much power the fridge draws.

Bifacial? Why waste half the panels on the wrong side instead of just letting it fold one more time? Makes no sense.

Instead of the 220W bifacial panel, get the 400W for basically the same price with this deal here: https://slickdeals.net/f/17592888-ecoflow-delta-2-portable-power-station-400w-portable-solar-panel-824-25

This seems like a better deal. Is there a catch?

You would need a jumper attachment which I don't think EF sells... plus jump start batteries usually have a higher peak wattage - usually 5000... This unit peaks at 1800
You may need to charge the battery for 10-20 minutes before you'll be able to start the car

With the Ecoflow dc to dc charger you can. But in most cases with battery stations no.

Can we somehow use this as a micro-inverter and connect directly to the mains? (I am a solar newbie)

Not powerful enough for mains. You will want at least a MAX, but realistically a PRO or PRO Ultimate for whole-home backup and probably a transfer-switch (but not required)

No catch. Just a better deal, but not from the OEM directly. But Wellbots is reputable, so I would go with the 400W panels if you are planning to use this as home backup or less portable applications. The 400W panels a good bit bigger and heavier than the already pretty difficult to lug around 220W pannels.

The 400W Panel is not Bifacial, aka, it's not gathering any light from the back side, but from my experience, the back side doesn't really help that much. Maybe 10%.

Here is a good comparison on the size difference:

Can this be used to power a CPAP through an entire night? If so, what about a CPAP and two smaller AC units? I know it's a guess without the specs of the CPAP or AC, but I don't happen to have that at the moment. I'm hoping to replace running a gas generator at night in an RV.
