The LG C4 OLED is slightly better than the LG C3 OLED. The C4 gets brighter in HDR, so highlights pop a little bit more on it. The C4 also has slightly better PQ EOTF tracking, so it's a bit more accurate when it comes to the content creator's intent, and its better color volume delivers slightly brighter colors. If you're a PC gamer looking to take full advantage of your high-end graphics card, the C4 supports up to 144Hz versus 120Hz on the C3, so it's the better option for that. However, when viewed from an angle, the C4 has a noticeable green tint, so the C3 is the better choice for wide seating arrangements.

Is iis this an amazing deal?

I remember 77" C3's cost being $2900ish a great deal when it came out, usually hovering $3200.

This being a 77" C4 at $2000 is ridiculous, unless times have changed or price error.

No, it's an incremental upgrade and with the green tint when viewing off angle, a downgrade.

Don't get one if you will be viewing off angle, meaning if all your seating isn't looking at it from straight in front of the tv.

Great deals are like when you can find the c3 or similar around 1500 or less, or better yet one of the newer QD-OLED which are brighter even if you need to spend a bit more than this one.

This is an insane deal for me. I just got refunded the full amount through warranty for dead pixels on my LG CX and was considering going to the 77in C3. Thanks OP!
