Samsung watch must not be selling well they are practically throwing them out at this point.
Maybe their strategy is to price them MSRP like Apple Watches then offer huge discounts for absurdly easy reasons so people jump on them FOMO.

Why do all these new smartwatches make us tethered to the charger on the daily? I see from the reviews that some people are getting less than 18 hours of battery life even with AOD off. Unlike phone charging, charging a smartwatch requires quite a bit more work. If you use the watch for sleep tracking, and you don't charge it at night, are you supposed to bring the charger with you everywhere you go?
I get more like 50-60 hours with my Watch 6. I turned off AOD and notifications for most everything. During the day, I'll put it on a charger while sitting/standing at my desk. I also put it on the charger when showering and sometimes watching TV (I don't need it to remind me that I'm sitting on my lazy butt).

Based on past experience, Samsung will charge tax on the original price and not the discount price.
Mark up on the 44mm is a bit much.

Odd that there are so many complaints about battery life. I got a Fitbit Sense back in Nov 2020, was rated at 266mAh new, the Watch6 40mm is rated at 300mAh.

I still get 4-5 days between charges on my Sense. That's with sleep tracking and sleep O2 monitoring as well. My biggest gripe is just display burn-in. I don't have always-on display, just rotate wrist to display and it still became an issue. Not sure I'd trade in the Sense for this, but I do have a couple Versa's that I paid $100 back in 2020. Hmm.

They're charging tax on the pre trade-in value. So $20 here in CA on a $110 item. Pass.

During checkout, it says "The price of the item(s) in your cart has changed". The price increased from $109.99 to $167.99
