I got it for 155 after trade in. So not much more. Granted that was during preorder sales.

I am still wearing the old Active 2 and Classic S3 watch. Battery last 2 to 3 days. The old OS is more battery efficient than the Wear OS. Is it worth it to upgrade?
What are the advantages of the newer models?

On the new deal, the prices are the same, but the trade-in watches have to be in good condition.

Why do all these new smartwatches make us tethered to the charger on the daily? I see from the reviews that some people are getting less than 18 hours of battery life even with AOD off. Unlike phone charging, charging a smartwatch requires quite a bit more work. If you use the watch for sleep tracking, and you don't charge it at night, are you supposed to bring the charger with you everywhere you go?
One of the reasons I've kept my 3+ year old Vivoactive so long.

Recently got a Oneplus Watch 2 and love it. $85 barely used on FB by someone who switched to iphone, but can be found for less than $250 new.

I'm currently at 54% battery after 2 1/2 days, with a 5k run tracked today. A 15min charge gains around 50% battery.

I have been very satisfied with the Samsung Fit3. Almost 2 weeks of battery life on default with no AOD or sleep tracking SpO2 turned on. When I turned those on it was around a one week battery life. Also the watch was only $60 without any trade in
Yeah, the Fit3 is more my cup of tea! I actually have an older Amazfit GTR3 Pro smartwatch. The battery life is about the same as the Fit3 but the screen is much bigger. It has most health tracking features and some extras like ChatGPT and Alexa and a set of nicer speakers and microphones.

I have whe watch6 47mm classic. I just charge mine daily when in the shower and getting dressed. Then I'll sometime charge it for an hour or so on the weekends to bring it back to 100%. This is enough to keep it charged for me.

I just tried to order. I selected Gold and Graphite band. And it went through.

BUT I checked back and even though I select Graphite band, it adds the cream band to cart.
Cancelled. I don't want the cream band and I can't get the website to actually add the selected graphite band

Not really in the market anymore since I'm quite satisfied with the Garmin Instinct 2 (with pretty close to 14 day battery life under my current usage!) I got during the sale last month, but it would be pretty hilarious if I could trade in my broken Fitbit Charge 5 for this. Damn thing was already a warranty replacement of a previously dead Fitbit, and it would be fitting if I could trade in that piece of junk from a company that no longer seems to stand by its products for something better.

Thanks OP, got 44mm BT model for $92+tax after trade-in + additional $48 off for students.

This educational Promo is YMMV. I signed up with school email for first time today and got this additional promo.

The CSR added a sport band ($37) free as well.
On the phone or chat? Chat won't even honor the student discount for me
