Not a good deal, rather get the M2 Max than this. With all the MacBook deal going on it's obvious that M4 pro and max is coming in November or by end of year. The deal killer is the keyboard. If you can adjust or use dock it and just a regular US keyboard. It will take some time to adjust. Resale value probably bad later on too. hard pass
I think this is definitely a good deal. The Apple Refurb store has this same unit for $2049. I've used a Macbook with a Canadian keyboard when I worked in Canada and its the same as a USA keyboard except they add some keys with some French accent stuff. It's the same.
