This is a great source of protein. I think it tastes pretty good (can easily eat the whole box in one sitting). Definitely chocolately.
The texture is kind of like bran flakes but the flavor is way better.
At this price, the cost per gram of protein is around $0.0312, which puts it in the same neighborhood as tofu purchased from Costco (a great deal), and about half as much per gram as Catalina Crunch from Costco (my go-to breakfast when this isnt on sale). It's cheaper than many vegan protein powders (dollar per gram protein) and is vegan.
A true miracle food IMO.

Pros:

Cheap!
Likely filling!
Surprisingly it's sweetened with Stevia (generally recognized as one of the likely-safer, healthier sweeteners) vs. the typical sucralose, erythritol, etc.

Cons:

Many reviews saying this tastes from meh to downright awful (several mentions of "cardboard")
Pea protein, which some consider inferior to whey protein in terms of texture, taste, nutrition value

I usually add protein powder to my "high fiber cereal" from Trader Joe's but I've been curious about this one.
I'll give it a try for something different.

This was definitely one of the most cardboard textured cereal we tried. Would not recommend.

Almost bought this for $7 at walmart thanks OP.

This is one of the best tasting cereals in the under 5g sugar range, you can definitely still tell it has added protein and low sugar though, don't be expecting it to taste nearly as good as cocoa pebbles

Without having to dig too much, on memory soy protein is one of the better vegan based proteins out there.

This tastes like cardboard with a light dusting of Swiss Miss powder.

10 g of complex carbs, 1 g of fiber, 3 g of sugar. It's further sweetened by stevia. If you are working out and this is something you're thinking about working into the fold then that amount of carbs is not going to negatively affect most people.

I always find it so funny people who gravitate to eating protein enriched cereal / bars / shakes then act surprised when sugar and carbs might be involved.

Wait until they see the carb content of an apple....
