seems like a good deal for the specs, and brand new not a refurb. didn't realize there was a 165hz 350-nit dolby vision screen in existence, nice!

Just be aware that the screen doesn't support HDR in gaming, just streaming.

I really like this deal; the only downside for me is that I personally prefer Intel processors. Because I need to run some engineering software, people tend to lean towards Intel processors for their stability. But I am quite satisfied with the other parameters.

naw i buy a lot of refurbed electronics, etc. and have had pretty good luck, like maybe 90% are good or good enough. i wouldn't worry too much as long as it's manufacturer-refurbished, or certified third-party, or open box. Smilie

If it makes you feel better, I am an engineering type (electrical engineering specifically) and I have historically preferred Intel, but AMD has been killing it with their last few gens and Intel has been sort of dropping the ball. For laptops, the better efficiency and thermals AMD is a clear win.

Thank you very much for your information! I will definitely take your advice into consideration. I have always used Intel CPUs until my last computer, which had an AMD 5800H. I have been quite satisfied with it. However, there is one issue: sometimes the entire computer freezes for about a second, and the cursor becomes unresponsive, but then it continues to run as usual. There could be many reasons for this problem. I'm a bit worried that it might be the CPU. However, I haven't used Intel CPUs in recent years, so I'm not sure if switching back to Intel would actually be better. I'll take a closer look. Thank you for your suggestion!
