It amazes me how the franchises are not consistent w/the end result. Last year I lived in a city that had about 7 total and there were a few in which it would be undercooked and a few overcooked. Everything is on timers, right??? Smilie

Last I remember from working there the manager sets the temp by running a pizza through every morning to check for consistency… then adjusts as he cooks the first couple of pies for the day. The chains take 7-8 minutes to run a pizza through. Very easy to pull one out too soon in a hurry. No timer.
