I like my carbon steel wok.

I love(d) my non-stick Scanpan skillet.

I'm ok with my cast iron skillets except that my induction stove is tough to moderate for cast iron.

Anyone have a pro-con for carbon steel skillets?

Looks similiar to my IKEA pan (black carbon). I'll order one, and return if it doesnt pan out.

I haven't tried this particular pan, but I'm a big fan of carbon steel after ditching all my nonstick pans a few years ago.
