The Piparx is actually a great deal if you are in the market for one. We just had a baby so if you plan on going with the Nuna ecosystem then it's well worth it.
The combo travel and pipa urbn is also a good deal but it's a baseless cat seat which we did not want.
My two cents is don't impulse buy these unless you've thoroughly researched what you want because they are expensive and there are a ton of options in the space.

I'd recommend it for any parent of a baby or soon to be parent and the package price is incredible for the accessories you get

Frame failure in Consumer reports tests was the problem with Graco.

So the trvl is really nice and I'd def recommend taking a look at it but be cognizant of the size and the weight distribution. It was enough that we really honed in on the butterfly and we love it, really pleased with it.
One other unsolicited tip if you haven't had the baby yet - look at the Nuna bassinet that fits on the mixx. We LOVED it for our newborn. You really only get about 3 months of use before she outgrows it but it helped my wife get out of the house those three months which is priceless.
From a usability standpoint it makes timing naps and walks a lot easier. Baby can fall asleep in the bassinet mid-walk and you can just unclip the bassinet from the stroller and bring him/her back inside without jostling and waking her up. We would sneak an extra 20-30 minutes per nap consistently this way.
They say the mixx is good for newborns but when it goes flat it's not truly flat and the shade thing doesn't fully extend so it's really not a perfect solution until they have better necks imo.

Appreciate the bassinet idea too. Debating it because it might be a little cold around the time the baby is born and not even sure how much i'll be going out once the baby is born
