Not that I've read - I believe what you're referring to is more for the 2-in-1 models (e.g. where the screen flips entirely around for 'tablet mode')
This laptop was on sale for $650 @ Costco (it's sold out), but included the 1TB SSD and the touchscreen. Looks like those specs would be $729 on the Dell site.
For > $400 price point (additional rebate...), I'm willing to roll the dice, since I need a laptop right now for a graduate program
