Its a little weaker but works well. I found some newer versions of dawn leave a scent/soap taste and does not wash off easily.
Ajax works well enough without leaving a taste on the plates.
I use to use Ajax primarily. But found the Kirkland (costco) dish soap works better without leaving anything behind.
