it has blades for wood and metal but no option for bones, which one should be used for it?
I get wholesale meat from restaurant depot and they are full lamb legs in a box that I need to cut in smaller pieces.

You really need to get a band saw. Pretty dangerous using a recip saw to demo meat!
Cutting fixed stationary objects is what the blades for this saw excels at!
