What a waste of time. Only three gift cards mentioned by OP as examples are eligible for 15$ GC. The one with Home Depot is not part of the deal.

It would take some crazy spending at Target to make the 6% from this annual fee card beat the 5% from a free RedCard.

Received email stating it was sent (to myself)
It was not in any gmail folders including spam and when I chatted Target rep he/she said:

I've checked and I can see that gift card is showing sent and as you have not received, so what I am doing to make it hassle free for you is, I am giving you the direct contact number of our Gift card specialist team for quick and best resolution right away as they have all the access regarding gift card. Here is the contact number - 800-544-2943 (7am-10PM, CT) with this reference number.

Called the number and they said I had to wait 4-24 hours so I'll have to call again tomorrow

Not worth the hassle

How exactly do these work? For example, could I get $24 at Cinemark and the rest at Xbox? Or can you just redeem the $24 now and wait until you decide where to use the rest and get those at that point?

Didn't know this is how it works. Why would Target do something dumb like this!
So I have a circle bonus of $10/$90 purchase I need to buy $105 GC?
there is no denomination like $105 the next highest is $125.

you cannot buy gc with home depot gc, Home depot is in demand because it is almost never on sale, unlike lowes which seems to have 10% off at least twice a month
