Check your CC offers; I got a 5% Newegg offer on a Chase card, so this ended up minusculely better than the previous 20% off deal (1% card + 5% offer + 16.67% vs 2% card + 20%).
Lets say Lunch Break 1 hour
Nearest Chipotle 0.6 Miles.
Next closest 5.6 Miles each way (42 minutes round trip light traffic).
Reward a subpar company restaurant by YOU being inconvenienced.
Or frequent any of the other 30+ restaurants that are within 1 mile.

Btw, it's a pain to buy chipotle cards for smaller denominations as when ordering if you order is larger than smaller gift card balance, their dumb app doesn't allow to add another GC to be listed as payment. You are forced to use a credit card for split payment. Unless one finds time to wait in long line at stores to redeem smaller amount GC!

My location does a good portion of everything but I do ask for EXTRA on a lot of items like rice, beans, fajitas...
I was too slow to jump on this unfortunately.
I do agree that not being able to combine gift cards is such a scam, they are hoping you just throw it away when you get down to a low amount and dont actually use it.
