If your batteries you receive look like these pictures, I'd be surprised if they're not fakes.
Other than that, not a slick deal. Mild, decent if you NEED them now.

The presence of so many fakes and Amazon's seeming inability to deal with it, has really curtailed my purchasing from them.

They sure look weird without the XR badging. Why would they leave the whole center of the label blank? Makes them look fake.
