I've been eyeing this product for a while, but before making a purchase, I decided to check the one-star reviews on Amazon. This often gives me a good sense of the product's reliability. I found numerous complaints about units failing after just a few weeks and the company's lack of support. With 11% of reviews being one-star, which is quite high, I've decided to pass on this product.

I was in the same boat. It was between this and the iRobot j9+ combo, which Home Depot has on sale right now so I pulled the trigger on iRobot. I posted that deal on here a little while ago.

I would never buy irobot. Roborock support does suck. They try their best to not cover any warranty

I tried online chat, but they would not honor it. I think they did this intentionally so that you cannot stack the discount.

It's still on sale and the 20%, which is now live, is applying to it. So it brings it down to 607.99 if you have the 5% redcard on top of it.
