1) people who come in buy all the random extra stuff ,
2) their online business isn't giving free shipping on a 50lb package of grass seed or a box of q tips which isn't profitable.
I mean is having a functioning app great? yes. Does the Sam's app blow Costcos away , of course. IMO Costco is still the better value.
I'm a member of both clubs and I fill up at Costco wherever available.

I haven't been a member since 2018 so not sure what's going on. I've tried diff emails and even used my wife's info to sign up but still no go.
