Though we used to get 10% off ring devices on amazon if we subscribed to a Ring protection plan? Now I don't see that discount anymore...but it is still listed under the plans on Ring's site as a benefit? Anyone have any luck still getting this additional discount?

I tried unlinking ring and amazon accounts, then relinking, which worked fine, but still no 10% discount showing up in amazon? Is anyone else getting the 10% extra discount yet?

I have this floodlight and the lights are good it has reasonable sensitivity, the camera is fine.

The software is basically gimped unless you pay for the ring subscription or have their security plan. It doesn't have an option to record events without it. Sure live view is fine, but for surveillance you probably should consider alternatives.

No. Ring does not record continuously. The longest it can record is 120seconds, then needs to cool off when it doesn't record anything.

Google Nest is far superior. Too bad Google likes to kill their products and services and Google doesn't have a true security system like Ring does.

What's the main difference? I have a pro but the main thing I see is the Birds Eye view which I personally do not use

I wouldn't mind buying some plus models
