Inversion tables were the only thing that made my L4/L5/S1 herniation feel normal again. Daily use and I no longer have pain in my lower back. Obviously, this was coupled with strengthening the area, as well.

Serious qn- what if you're inverted and stuck alone while no one else is around 😊 Are there any buttons or levers to bring it back to upright position without the risk of falling back to inverted posture.

I had a teeter brand inversion table. You can adjust the height so it's more evenly balanced with your body and height. When you have it calibrated correctly, you should not get stuck. If you raise your arms it will correct itself when you're upside down and go upright.

Only time you would get stuck would be if the table wasn't adjusted for each user. Depending on height. If you do get stuck there's bars on the side that you can grab to pull yourself back up.
