I buy Pennzoil for the quality, not the rebates.... But it would be nice if they actually followed through with their offer.
Rebates are pretty much circle-jerk vaporware as far as im concerned. YMMV.

I've seen the PF video, but any oil with API SP service category and GM dexos 1, Gen 3 certification is good enough for me. Even the Kirkland/Walmart Supertech/Amazon Basics offerings meet that criteria, so not concerned about Pennzoil.
For that reason alone I will pass
