Airbus bought Sud Aviation, one of two Concorde manufacturers, and owns the trademark. The other manufacturer, British Aircraft Corp (BAC) is defunct.

ETA- same problem as you have. On my phone, it's showing $149.99. I'm logged in there now (wasn't at first), and maybe they changed it to members only?

My order was already canceled, which is kind of nonsense. It's saying premium and rewards members only now get 25% off, but it most certainly did not when I purchased.

Airbus acquired the company in 2000 and just made parts (not aircraft) until 2003. Slapping their name on it is still like slapping Boeing's name on the DC-9. They may own the rights but they were not involved in the design. I suspect it was just some condition Lego had to agree to in order to use the Concord name. Airbus just wanted publicity.

Aérospatiale became Airbus so they own the copyright or whatever
