TRADE-IN OVERVIEW
SAMSUNG TRADE-IN PROGRAM TERMS/CONDITIONS [samsung.com]
SAMSUNG TRADE-IN FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS [samsung.com]
Overview: If Samsung is processing trade-ins like prior deals, you will receive instructions by email--along with a prepaid shipping label--around the time your new Buds arrives. You can also print the label from your online Samsung account.
You will send in the old earbuds/headphones only (no boxes, chargers, cases, etc.). Good practice: Make a VIDEO and take photos of the trade-in to prove the condition if Samsung challenges you after inspecting it.
When/how will I get instructions for trading in my device? Samsung will send you an email with the subject "Welcome to the Samsung Trade-In Program." The email will arrive anywhere from the day the new Buds ships to a few days after the Buds arrives. It includes a link to download a pre-paid shipping label. You have 15 days from receipt of the email to ship the trade in. You can also get the shipping label for the trade in from your online Samsung account under order details.

Fit is different than the previous "fat" Buds. Though the outer body portion feels like it doesn't fully conform to my ears, it still stays in solid. Have to see if stays put with heavy sweating.
Noise cancellation is quite effective. Blocks out about 98% of city urban noise while walking the dog. However, it is extremely poor at blocking wind noise on a bike when going faster than 20 mph. It only blocks about 25% of that wind noise. Hopefully this can be addressed in a firmware update.
Sound quality is superb -- AFTER the EQ is tweaked. I prefer my music bright, with the mids slightly subdued, and the lows enhanced. It would seem the dual speakers gives a wider ranger, particularly in the low end.
Probably my biggest negative is that the gray looks kind of cheap. It's a dull, matte gray and doesn't look anything special. Not that I want sparks and shine (for that, I guess could turn on the side accent light). But would've preferred a standard black. Or heck, give us something wholly different such as OD green or khaki.
Overall, so far so good and an excellent value at $100.
P.S. Do yourself a favor and turn on the voice commands. It's quite spectacular and seamless to use. One just has to say "volume up" or "next song" *without* needing to tap/swipe anything. Amazing!

Also on the treadmill, it doesn't fully block the whirring of the tread /motor, not bothersome but not great either. Come on AI, can't you tell I'm at a gym based on my GPS and on a treadmill based on the background noise? Let's hope a firmware addresses that.
