Did not like Samsung's discounts today so I went to Motorola and found out that they are taking $100 off of the new Moto Razr+ 2024. Plus, if you use code MDMOT10 for an additional 10% off! Got my total to $859 after taxes.

This probably has the biggest outer screen of any flip phone in the market today. Although the chipset isn't as good as the Z Flip 6, I think this is an overall better deal.

Trade in values are meh. Prices are about the same if you compare to the z flip 6 though. Motorola's OS updates are infuriatingly infrequent.

The, the hardware is beautiful though and if you're not a fan of Samsung's UX it's a good phone

Not sure about others , but I got a boost locked moto rzr 2023 for $50 from marketplace and it was lying in my drawer as it cannot be unlocked anymore . I checked and after trade-in , i am paying $500 for razr+ 2024. so a good deal for me.

Motorola always has crazy carrier deals.

Unless you're trading in the previous razr phone, the trade in values are horrible. I would wait unless you desperately need a phone now.

After the mediocre discounts today, i also had the idea to check motorola...

but this is not it. It's still a few hundred cheaper to offload my old phone and just get the flip 6

In a vacuum, for retail pricing the Razr is more attractive product and better value. But Samsung has better trade offers and in the end Samsung has better resale value

The name brings back nostalgic memories of getting the original Razr in the early 00s.
I remember when I was in college it was the phone to have and you could actually take pictures with it! lol
