This pack from Target comes full with bags, though it's cardboard.

I guess is still better then cutting trees (mulch) to place around trees to help the trees.
Except most of that mulch is sourced from trees that have already been cut down or grown specifically for that purpose (so not really wasteful as nature is doing all the work*). The plastic is waste going in and waste going out.

*Assuming you aren't talking about the darn near synthetic / dyed / treated "mulch" that big box stores sell for 5/$10. Still probably better than plastic for plastic though.

Not sure how this is a deal. I've never seen plastics sandwich bags sold loose. They come in boxes. If you use those bags, you put the boxes in a drawer and they are, automatically, organized. This is $15 to do something you don't need to do.

I've been using that same box for years and just fill it with those crazy cheap walgreens clearance bags that pop up here every so often.

I cant think of any reason why someone would waste money on this product. The target one is cheaper and comes filled with bags

My wife wanted this product and I just rolled my eyes on the inside and nodded my head. Have to admit, I really like it. Having the boxes in the drawer, jamming it when one of them was knocked upright, having to slip my hand and manipulate the other boxes so I could lay the upright box back on its side was irritating. Yeah not a major problem but not something I deal with anymore.

I'm not quite as opposed to the ideas of this as others but $15 seems high for a chunk of plastic.

Does it have the "one bag comes out, the whole drawer comes with it" problem?

Sure Bucky, the ones trying to preserve regulation so you have clean water are the Nazis, not the ones trying to help corporate America load it up with poison to make an extra buck.
