If you can see the $5.13 coupon this (62 count) is a better deal I guess with 15% S&S and the coupon comes to 0.12 each.

These come out to 17¢ ea.
These are $20 for a 100 pack at Sam's (20¢ ea)
My local Costco is normally the same price ($23 in the app, but each location tends to vary) but currently there is a $5 off discount running. So at worst they're a little more expensive at Costco (18¢ ea) but if your local Costco has them for less than the app like mine, Costco will be slightly cheaper per tab - as low as 15¢ ea.
(I'm skeptical that these do better than cheaper, "basic" detergent, so long as the dishwasher is used properly.)
