I'm wanting the ones that have no silver plastic wrapper, but also have no liquids in them (those inevitably burst in the box, and cause a mess). Are these those?

Quantum have liquid inside. Sounds like you're looking for the Finish "Max in One" line: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015RYNQJU In the "good - better - best" arrangement of Finish products, these solid ones are "good". I find they work quite well, but the Quantum/premium ones work slightly better. They're sometimes cheaper than the Quantum, but not at the moment.

I used these and went back to cascade platinum plus, stuck on food comes off completely with cascade platinum plus.

If you can see the $5.13 coupon this (62 count) is a better deal I guess with 15% S&S and the coupon comes to 0.12 each.

Figured I'd save others the legwork:

These come out to 17¢ ea.

These are $20 for a 100 pack at Sam's (20¢ ea)

My local Costco is normally the same price ($23 in the app, but each location tends to vary) but currently there is a $5 off discount running. So at worst they're a little more expensive at Costco (18¢ ea) but if your local Costco has them for less than the app like mine, Costco will be slightly cheaper per tab - as low as 15¢ ea.

To me these are on par with the Cascade Platinum version. You have to get the Finish Quantum Ultimate to be the same as the Cascade Platinum Plus.
