For anyone else who had no idea what Kroger "boost" was, it is them trying to get in on the subscription service for free delivery scheme.
Free next-day delivery for $7.99/month, or $59/year
Free same-day delivery for $12.99/month, or $99/year
Besides free grocery delivery, you also get 2x fuel points and "exclusive offers" which appears to be what this deal is about, the exclusive offers available if you are already a boost subscriber.
Do you get all those free items at once, or is it a pick one, or one per day? Does it depend on which boost level you are? It may be a slickdeal to sign up for the $7.99 single month if you can get all those items for free.
I am currently a Boost member, signed up last December with the 50% off promo. I was able to get all of the above promos filled and delivered on my grocery order. You do not tip the delivery driver, and if you have groceries delivered on Friday, you get 4x fuel points. Also as you checkout, they also offer you 'Flash Sales' which sometimes can be very good.
My free items and other coupons are not the same as the OP received. I do not have free cookies, the 4/12 dairy and 3/10 snacks. I have 10/30 HBA, 6/20 frozen, 3/10 bakery and free trail mix.

I will say that for some of the free items I had to go to the total coupon section and either search Free or scroll all the way to the bottom

they track and incentivize re-purchases... so you'll get coupons for stuff you've purchased before and may not have purchased recently.

I think Boost is YMMV depending where you live. I do have to tip drivers because it's Instacart that fullfills the service, not Kroger staff. And more times than not my order is messed up or missing half the stuff I ordered, so I'm stuck ordering elsewhere or running to Kroger myself 20 mins away. And I've yet to see a flash sale, or rarely any deals being a boost member. I'm glad I signed up when it was half price because for me it certainly wouldn't be worth full price, and I don't plan to renew.
