It appears the 10% off CELEBRATE code is still active in addition to the reduced price. This is subjective but I've always found myself wanting more brightness. I'd buy the brightest OLED with the best up scaling I can afford. If you are asking then you probably have the money for the C4. You won't have regrets if you're left wanting for brightness if you get the C3.
