Remember- this is Amazon.
I ordered Pringles on one of the recent deals- What could go wrong?
I will tell you- every single can contained only 1/4 inch diameter Pringles dust inside.
Don't order anything in any form from Amazon that could in anyway be considered fragile.
Amazon refunded the order- but it was a pain
To further prove that I'm a little slow in learning- I recently ordered the three pack of Hellman's mayo- one jar was destroyed in shipment. My net cost was 33% higher than I anticipated. I didn't bother to call for a refund- I have finally learned a difficult lesson.

You can do it on the app and the bot handles a refund in less than a minute

Not for "food" items. I've done my fair share of returns in the app. But it won't let you do a return (refund) on some items, and food items are one of those that you can't return in the app. You have to get a live person on the phone. That can speak English. I learned the hard way. Don't order canned drinks either, no matter how much cheaper they appear to be. I ordered a 12-pack of root beer, 3/4 of the pack was busted. The outer box was falling apart from having been so wet from the root beer. Had to call and talk to an actual person, finally got a refund. Tried again, 1/2 the pack was busted. Called and got a refund again. Decided to try it one more time, it was such a good price. Two busted cans. That time I didn't bother calling. Just deleted it out of my Subscribe & Save and chalked it down to a lesson learned.
