OP, your link is broken. Seems wherever you copied it from, you only copied part of it? Can you please fix it or we may have to expire your thread. We'll hold on to it for a bit, maybe an hour, to give you time to fix it.

What does refurbished mean? Will the batteries be at full capacity or are we getting a used item?
Refurbished means used. There's no way to know ahead of time by how much but for the most part with LifePO4 cycle count it probably still has a ton of life left on it. People typically cycle them 1 or less times a day and it's rated to do 3500 cycles to 80% battery. It's only been out maybe 2 years at this point and you know if they're selling it that it spent some point of that time sitting in their warehouse not being cycled.

They are great, and the price is hard to beat. That being said...
Two arrived broken. The customer service was very responsive (at least on ebay), and they even arranged pickups (they are heavy!). Make sure to check each and every port!
They have moved onto a new design, so these are pretty much "clearance". With multi-year warranties, there should be no issues (the batteries technically last ~10 years, not sure about electronic). However if you want the latest and greatest that is more than 2x more expensive.
This can be upgraded to 2x main + (2x2) extra batteries for ~20kWh. There also offer an inlet / panel for whole home use, but I don't have it. (Yes, the new version panels are not compatible). With several kW of solar panels, this should be sufficient for multi-day power outages.
