Looks like the Eneba Conversion Deal is back! The price jumped up to $16 for a few days, but seems to be settling back down in the $11 range.
With the announced Price increases to Xbox GamePass Ultimate, I recommend if you are interested in keeping your subscription at the lower price, go ahead and renew using this method before the option is no longer an option.

Details:
- Buy Xbox Game Pass Core 6 Months India. It's currently $11from Eneba (scroll down on page for cheapest prices). You do not need to use VPN for this step.
>Cheapest option currently $11.74 + small service fee, depending on payment method
- Then turn on your India VPN.
https://chromewebstore.google.com...kofp?hl=en
- With your VPN on, get the code that was emailed to you, and enter it at redeem.microsoft.com.
- Microsoft will tell you that it's converting the 6 months of Core to 81 days of Ultimate. That's a pretty terrible conversion, but given the prices, this works out to 14 cents per day or ~$4 per month, which is a great deal for existing Ultimate members. If you don't currently have Ultimate, there are better deals with better conversion rates.
- Can buy multiple codes, which each redeem for 81 days of Ultimate. Microsoft will let you stack these until it reaches 3 years.
FYI: I renewed mine at this rate:
10 GP Core (6 month passes) = 11.79 each
Discount code: GGDz5q61gl
You can find a current code here: https://gg.deals/vouchers/eneba/
Total of $117 (with tax and fees)
Went from December 2024 to March of 2027
Hope this helps you all like it helped me.

I would be able to redeem it in October but it's not guaranteed to work then. If anyone wants it, let me know! No trade required.

What region is it? Is it an India code?

Great! Send me a dm please. Yes, India code for the 6 months core.
You have about 10 months now
26x31 days = 800 or so days needed
You get 81 per code, so just about 10 codes you need
I bought 10 6-month core codes and a one-month ultimate code for $110.99 total (including service fee and no tax).
It comes out to $3.08 per month for me and my ultimate subscription ends 7/20/2027.

I just tried to do this deal, but when I was doing the redemption on Microsoft, it complained about my region. So I changed my region to India. Unfortunately it still complained, so I changed my VPN and then it worked...but I forgot to change my region back until after I redeemed the 6 codes.
Now when I am trying to buy the Ultimate subscription, it is complaining that I have a subscription from a different region active on my account.
Is there anyway to bypass and fix this? Or am I screwed now and can't do the conversion trick?
Thanks.
When and how do you "change your region back". I want to make sure I don't make the same mistake

The endless spinning and "This code can't be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account." error are both VPN-related issues. Either you were assigned an IP from a slow server or MS detected you were using VPN (so they concluded your device was not actually in India). If a VPN service re-uses the same IP address too frequently, it can be detected by web sites fairly easily when multiple accounts are recorded using that same IP within a short span of time.
I ran into both problems last night when trying to redeem a code with UrbanVPN. I was able to redeem it eventually after trying with a dozen different India IP addresses by repreatedly turning on and off VPN service in UrbanVPN. However, UrbanVPN may not actually give you a different IP when you do that every time. So before trying to redeem the code again, make sure you do get assinged a brand new IP (in the sense that you've never seen that IP address before, you can check with https://nordvpn.com/what-is-my-ip/). Sometimes you need to wait a minute or two before turning VPN service back on (otherwise you may get the same IP again and again).
But yes, to reiterate, never change your account region unless you are ABSOLUTELY SURE that's what you want to do. There is little reason to do this these days.
