use code SUMMER12 to take $12 off. making total $77.99
Lower price than recent frontpage deal at $89.99.
There are bigger batteries that have a better price per Wh, but this Explorer 100 Plus is the largest battery allowed on a plane.

The one I linked lists 259 Wh...

But more importantly, maH is a commonly shared spec that Jackery just doesn't list. Their competitors do.
I saw that too but that's for their solar charger not this power bank. The listed spec is 99.2 Wh, divided by 3V you get 33 aH.

I have one of these and use it all the time.

I also reviewed it for my YouTube channel : https://youtu.be/EUtZ9Z6BmWQ
(If links are not allowed, I apologize).

And I also compared it against the Anker 548 which is similar by bigger: https://youtu.be/zK9TuzKbkgE

The standout feature of this "Solar Generator" / battery bank is the 100W PD output in my opinion. I have a lot of other battery banks which are much cheaper per Wh, but they only put out 22-65W. If you have power hungry devices (MacBook Pro, etc) the 100W comes in handy.

Plus, its great for travel: planes, airports, trains, etc. Throw it in the back seat of the minivan for the kiddos, if you don't have rear cig-plug or USB ports.

Let me know if you have any questions.

31,000 maH. Although they bury that spec - looks like deliberately - by discussing Wh only.

That's a big powerbank but the sale price is too high, imo, and the msrp is wildly overstated. Enough to make me question any of Jackery's assertions.

Here's a decent 70,000 maH powerbank for ~$40 after clipping coupon. Double capacity, half price, more outputs. Even if they've overstated something, they still undercut this Jackery brick.
MOVE SPEED 70000mAh Power Bank High Capacity, 22.5W Max PD 3.0 Fast Charging, Large Power Bank,4 Outputs 2 Inputs,LED Display,USB-C Battery Pack https://a.co/d/iH80uIV

Edit: Jackery claims 100w PD vs 20 for the one I've linked, so that's at least an advantage if charging a laptop for example. And they're claiming LFP cells. Still high price. Unless I've overlooked a feature?
They bury that spec because they aren't slimy. mAh is not a measure of energy capacity, and watt-hours are. Good manufacturers emphasize Wh, crappy ones mAh. The reason it matters is that most power banks operate at 3.6V nominal, whereas a LiFePO4 operates at 3.2 volts nominal. Due to the difference in voltage, this 31000mah Jackery is equivalent to a ~27,500mAh power bank using higher voltage chemistries, but FAR superior (LiFePO4 is more heat resistant, less likely to catch fire, slower to degrade, and withstands time better). Most people don't understand that mAh can't be used to measure energy capacity, which is why you see so many geniuses on youtube measuring mAh at 5V using a USB tester wondering why they're getting ~50-60% of the rated capacity.

As you noted, the "MOVESPEED" probably has far less capacity than advertised. If you look at the 100W capable MOVESPEED, they still want $90 for it after coupon, which makes the Jackery seem like a good deal since it probably actually meets its capacity and will still be working a decade after the MOVESPEED hits the local dump. Having said that, there are powerbanks from semi-reputable manufacturers that can do similar our high wattage, have similar capacities, and cost less. I personally have this:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1

At $64 it's quite a bit cheaper than the Jackery, but it does throttle its charge rate down to ~60watts once it gets to ~50-60% full (I'd guess the Jackery does a little better) ... however, other than that it does quite well. It does not use LiFePO4, though, so as with the MOVESPEED the Jackery will still be working far after my PowerAdd hits the dump.

Are you trying to compare a LFP battery to a lithium one? Nowhere did you mention that massive difference. I have 5 lithium power banks and I'd trade them all for LFP in a heartbeat.

How is it better than this one?
https://slickdeals.net/f/17616885-60-portable-power-station-lifepo4
higher 100W out from usb-C, Top tier reliable manufacturer versus relatively "no name", subjective: scarier reviews sprinkled
Passthrough I could not figure out quickly if the cheaper unit has it, jackery does.

I've kind of been wondering that myself. It might be a bit much to ask from USB-C, tbh... at least @ 12V; DC fridges can pull anywhere from 30-80W, and 80/12V = 6A, too much for USB-C..

That said, DC fridges can typically run on a voltage range of 12-26V, so if you use a USB-C PD trigger board [amazon.com] to lock in 20V output, that could potentially do the trick.

One of the main benefits of this is that it's a LiFePO4 battery which means that it usually can last ~3000 recharges before significantly degrading vs typical Li-ion ~300
This cannot be emphasized enough. Lifepo4 batteries will likely last 10-15 years.

Li-ion is likely to be dead in 3 years.

I really liked the light feature. and says it can handle 150watt total power but I do see the usb-c function thanks for pointing that out to me. I guess I will have to carry my adapter with me.

I looked through some fine-print.
from the description:
"MPPT technology ensures 99% solar charging efficiency."

also, I was curious about pass-thru charging. From the Q&A:
"Pass-thgouh charing ?
>> replied:
Hi. Yes, the E100 PLUS offer pass-through charging. So, you can charge the unit while using it."
It comes with a solar adapter to charge it. Source: I own one.

the jackery item says 2.13 pounds. Amazon page says 4 pounds for the other --which is a little round-- If that is the actual weight difference it is another factor to consider.
I would do what your use case needs at the end of the day.

tech specs->whats in the box has just an orange usb cable and the main unit. Is there a picture you can find of the adapter? Maybe they changed what comes with it.

Where did you get the 31,000 mAh? I only saw 99.2 Wh on the page. I don't trust random Chinese brand power bank from Amazon. At this price, I think the Jackery is price competitive, plus it's LFP.
Jackery is a Chinese brand lol

This is such a waste of space product. You buy it and you will regret it. Trust me.
