Gamers nexus and level 1 techs just did a video on how these are causing random crashing and it doesn't sound like a software/firmware update is going to fix it… I'd hold off

Objectively, this is certainly a good sale on the product. If someone really wants to buy an i9 13900K CPU, now is the time (although these sales occur often).

Realistically, the sale is not enough... Like everyone else in the comments is mentioning, the comparable AMD processor gets better performance for its cost.

Update, 13900ks are defective. In fact game dev Alderon Games said 100% are defective.
