If you want to know somewhat how they're supposed to fly, Disc Golf Flight Charts(https://flightcharts.dgputtheads.com/) has a nice chart with that information. Just filter by Manufacturer at the top otherwise it's pretty overwhelming.

Also, https://flightcharts.dgputtheads....stics.html, has a table with the various manufacturers and what they call their different levels of plastic. There are heatmaps that can be overlaid that show relative stability, durability and flexibility that are reasonably accurate.

Discraft is great! One of the top disc manufacturers. The big z plastic is really durable. Great for a beginner. The buzzz is a super popular disc, I like the Hades too.

Buzz is the perfect starter disc. You could play with just that for a very long time before you need to expand your collection. The pro's still use it a lot as well.
