For short day trips, sure, but the battery in this one is a little small if you're going to try to take it on overnight camping trips. You could keep one of these going with a fridge pretty easily on a road trip though.

DC fridges tend to range from 250-450Wh/day+ in consumption, depending on conditions and efficiency of your specific fridge, so plan accordingly. Also keep in mind that your fridge is probably not the only thing you're going to want to power off one of these things on the go.

For overnight or multi-day stuff, I'd definitely go for the River 2 Max @ 512Wh or even higher like the Pro @ 768Wh - and at least 100W worth of solar.

Yea should be perfect. Most portable fridges use around 60w when running but only when the compressor is on which, depending on alot of variable, may only be on for maybe 20 minutes in an hour or so. Should be great.
