There is no information from Acer, but for this level of graphic cards, it would not be X8. It's not 4060.

double edit: walmart also claims this is a 4.0 x8 card. amazon's specs sheets are known to have bad info, like how in the comparison on that very page it lists a 5700xt as having an agp interface instead of pcie
also looking at a number of r7 240's on amazon (known x8 card) shows consistently they will report as x16 in the comparison window. I think it's telling the comparison window is the only place that pcie x16 for this card is mentioned on amazon, and I don't believe amazon even has an x8 tag for the comparisons, or at least looking at a number of known x8 cards, they all either say x16, just pcie or are misreported at pci, agp, etc.
I'm gonna trust newegg on this as they are far better at correctly listing specs than amazon, plus the fact acer isn't including it at all in their marketing material makes me think they know it sounds bad even though it doesnt affect performance and is just a way to pinch a few pennies.

The 6800 is ~76% as fast as this 7900 GRE:
https://www.techpowerup
But the 6800 costs only ~67% as much, AND that particular 6800 is a lot quieter, uses a metal backplate (like the Acer apparently), AND comes with a 3-year warranty.
I bought a 2-fan 6750XT last year, and it was annoyingly loud--and I'm not that sensitive to noise. The 7900 GRE is even higher wattage, so would be even louder. I switched to a 3-fan XFX 6700 XT that was silent, and I bet the 3-fan XFX 6800 is similarly quiet. The main drawback is the XFX card was 12.2 inches long and does not fit into smaller computer cases. Apparently the XFX 6800 is even longer at 13.38 inches: https://www.xfxforce.co
