Since it will inevitably be asked: Yes, you have to keep the disc in if you upgrade your PS4 disc version of either Uncharted 4 or Lost Legacy. If you're one of those people who insists that you upgraded the physical version and it didn't ask you for the disc after that, it's because you're playing the digital PS+ Extra version, or you just happened to also own the digital version.

If you upgrade a physical game, the only way to play it without a disc is to also own it digitally.

Otherwise it would be like getting a free game, since you would be able to pop the disc in, download the upgrade and then sell/return the game. The disc is your license to play it.

So to confirm, you're saying if I buy this disc, I can pay an additional $10 in the PlayStation store to get the digital version? Will the store automatically show me this option is available or what?

No. If you already own one of two different games (Uncharted 4 or Uncharted Lost Legacy) you can "upgrade" one of those games to be this game for $10. If you buy the disc version of this game for $20 in the deal mentioned here there is no upgrade path because you already own the game.

No. This deal is for the PS5 remaster of the two Uncharted games originally released on PS4. Sony offers an option for owners of the disc or digital versions of either of the individual PS4 games to pay $10 and get access to the digital version of this PS5 game. But if you upgraded from a disc copy, you still need to insert one of the PS4 discs in order to play it, which you would not need to do if you upgraded from the digital version, or simply bought the PS5 digital game from the PS Store. With this deal, you just get the PS5 disc version and it needs to be inserted to play. You don't get the digital version.

It's a great game at this price. I bought this last Black Friday for $29.99 for my PS5. But with all these huge game file sizes, I am now running out of disk space all the time.

This is the best price I've seen so far for this game title, and I'm considering buying it, but if it was around $15 or maybe a $1 or 2 above it then I'd def pull the trigger.
