I got the $20 Amazon GC, and it was sent immediately
Had 37 stamps total as I couldn't get 3-4 additional stamps. Kept on saying "already redeemed" or something to that effect when trying to click, "already watched."
But still enough for the $20. Thanks OP!

You can try contacting rewards through their i need help section, not sure how i got to it but some contact us form with pull down choice "xfinity reward issue" form will allow you to pick a date, and reward issue and enter a message. Submitting the form creates a ticket and an email noting the creation of a ticket is sent to you.
Nothing has happened due to the ticket yet, as I just did this and it provides me with a number to reference when xfinity rewards inevitably ignores this glitch and also proves that my email is not the issue.
Lets see if they fix it.
