Thanks OP, in for 1!

Can anyone confirm this BP02 is a Costco specific model and is basically the same as the BP03?
The BP03 is $999, so $400 off is a lot.

I think it's Costco specific model and it seems like it has all the features like the bp03 like being able to control and view it on the app. Not enough reviews but description on Costco shows similar features.

This may be similar to the commercial BP06 model. Doesn't mention anything about formaldehyde in the description. I had purchased the BP06 before the BP03 and returned it. BP06 worked fine but was limited to just showing C02 information.

These are really good air purifiers though.

Picked up one - this is like the BP04 ($1,000) with app and multi speed (looks like BP06 though). With Costco's return policy, I'm going to try it out and see.

My living space is big open space 25 x 40, so it is a bit longer - the fan blow area should help purify the entire space.

No - BP06 is commercial without remote or option to use the APP and only had 1-2 speed. This is basically a BP03/04 in a BP06 shell lol
