Some of the best movies ever made.

Always wanted to be Jake back in the day.

Great deal. I was already contemplating buying PTA and Ferris Bueller for 5 bucks each (plus tax), but now I can get those 2 plus 3 more for 10 without tax. Done.

I LOVE Ferris Bueler's Day Off and Planes, Trains and Automobiles (John Candy's best role ever!) and have dvds of both, not sure I need another copy. The only movie on this set I haven't seen is Some Kind of Wonderful, but John Hughes was an amazing director. 👏

Looks like iTunes had it for $9.99 earlier... I think I'd rather wait until it comes back on iTunes... unless someone can tell me why I should get this now even though I can wait for the iTunes deal to come back.

If I have a Roku and watch most of my movies either on prime or MA how do I watch these?

If Paramount would jump on the MA train, I would probably buy a lot more digital movies.

I also LOVE those two. I'm big on re-watching so I've seen both dozens of times.

I don't have any DVD's but I did pick up Planes, Trains & Automobiles on 4k Bluray. I have both in digital. The other 3 movies I'm not familiar with.

As you may already know, while John Hughes directed these two greats, he also directed Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club and Uncle Buck. Some might not know he wrote but didn't direct, the 3 National Lampoon's Vacation movies, The Great Outdoors & Home Alone.

I missed that. I too would prefer them on iTunes but unless there really is a quality difference (aside from auto-upgrades to 4k when available) it's not a big deal, I have to have vudu amongst my streaming services for some other movies. For these movies I can't imagine that 4K makes a huge difference.
